I’ve been slowly making my way through the “Oh She Glows” cookbook – vegan recipes. I’m not vegan – I could never give up turkey dinners – but I’m thoroughly enjoying less meat.
I started with the the Glo Bars because a friend brought some over one day and I’ve been hooked ever since. (Thank so much, Joyce!) Then I moved onto the smoothie recipes, soups and salads, which are all delicious but the last few weeks, I’ve been working through the entrees.

It’s good to wonder and wander. Be curious. Try new stuff.
Routine is good but adventure is fun! Whether it be food or travel, friendships or extra-curricular, wardrobe or work decisions, stepping out is courageous.
